We are a small team of experienced property advisers based in Poland. We offer a bespoke service for the Property investor. We are able to source, purchase renovate, manage and maintain all types of property.

We have available quality property priced from 20,000 pounds sterling. 

Our team consists of both native Polish and English speakers.

The Business is headed up by Steve Morgan who has lived and worked in Poland for five years. His experience of purchasing and renovating an apartment block in Bydgoszcz in 2004 and then moving on to build a substantial buy to let portfolio for clients, made him realise that there was a gap in the market for the overseas investor. He now caters to those overseas investors wanting to enter the market who require a comprehensive service from initial purchase through to realisation of the investment value, through to generating a reliable income stream and/or maximising the eventual sales potential.

His partner is Alicja Grupa who is a qualified Agent and  a licenced property broker. She has  assisted many of our current clients with all aspects of purchasing property with special emphasis on the negotiation of the price and the legal aspects.
